There is no single "best" day or hour to buy stocks. For most long-term investors, the best time is as soon as you have money available to invest.

What history shows

Time in the market beats timing the market

The stock market tends to rise over long periods.
Waiting for the "perfect" entry often means missing gains.
Investing consistently usually outperforms trying to predict short-term market moves.

Good times to buy

1. Every month (Dollar-Cost Averaging)

Invest a fixed amount regularly.
Example: $100 or $500 every month into an S&P 500 ETF.

2. During market corrections

When the market drops 10% or more, quality investments become cheaper.
